Zeus can quote workshop-fabricated tubular and pipework-style components where the drawing defines the geometry, connections, material and finish required. Genuine project photography includes polished tubular assemblies, fabricated bends, flanged details and connected process-style work.
This page is deliberately about fabricated components and assemblies rather than making a blanket claim for process-pipework design or site installation. If a project carries a particular engineering code, pressure requirement, hygienic requirement, inspection regime or welder qualification requirement, state it before quotation so Zeus can confirm whether the work is suitable.
Stainless pipework-style fabrication
Stainless is Zeus’s strongest specialist material and TIG welding is a flagship capability. Where a tubular or pipework component is specified in stainless, include the grade, wall or material thickness, connection details, weld specification and finish. Polished or appearance-critical work should also identify which surfaces remain visible.
Do not rely on nominal diameter alone for a bespoke component. Connection standards, flange details, centreline dimensions, branch positions and mating interfaces should be shown on the drawing where they matter.

Does this page mean Zeus is automatically certified for pressure or hygienic pipework?
No. Any pressure rating, hygienic standard, coded-welding requirement, inspection regime or other specific standard must be stated before quotation so Zeus can confirm suitability for that requirement.
