What the photographs establish

This sequence is useful because the hopper body and its support structure are visible together. It shows why a hopper enquiry should not treat the formed body in isolation when the support frame, connection points and overall assembly have to work together.

What to send for a comparable requirement

For a comparable hopper-and-frame requirement, send the complete assembly drawing with hopper geometry, frame arrangement, overall dimensions, support and connection points, material, quantity, finish and any defined loads or design requirements. If structural calculations or another design responsibility sit outside the fabrication drawing, identify that clearly at enquiry stage.

  • Drawing or CAD file where available
  • Material and grade if specified
  • Thickness and principal dimensions
  • Quantity and required finish
  • Critical interfaces, fit requirements or standards that genuinely apply
  • Required date and delivery postcode/location
