Hoppers built around the actual requirement
A hopper is rarely just a folded box. Inlet and outlet profiles, taper, height, flange or frame connections, access, surrounding equipment and the material being handled can all affect the fabrication. Zeus quotes the complete requirement from drawings, CAD files, samples or sufficiently detailed sketches and photographs.
Where the hopper forms part of a larger assembly, send the complete arrangement rather than only the hopper body. The genuine Zeus archive includes hopper-style sections combined with substantial support frames and connection details.
Stainless steel, welded fabrication and finish
Stainless steel sheet-metal fabrication is Zeus’s strongest specialist capability. Where a hopper is specified in stainless, include the grade on the drawing where known, together with sheet thickness, weld requirements and any brushed, satin or polished finish. Stainless TIG welding and polishing and finishing can be considered as part of the finished fabrication.
Mild-steel and broader fabricated requirements remain part of the Zeus offer. The correct material should come from the customer specification or the application requirement rather than being assumed from a photograph.

- Bottom outlet profile, flange or connection detail
- Overall height and taper geometry
- Material, grade and sheet thickness where specified

- Quantity and whether repeat units must match an existing fabrication

Mark any dimensions or tolerances that are genuinely critical on the drawing. That is more useful than assuming every dimension carries the same importance.
From formed sheet to complete hopper assembly
A hopper can combine cut profiles, folding and forming, welded seams, flanged interfaces and a supporting frame. Sending the finished assembly drawing lets Zeus review those operations together rather than pricing disconnected workshop processes.
