Cylindrical sections as part of bespoke fabrication
Cylindrical fabrications often combine rolled or formed sheet with end sections, openings, bosses, flanges, supports and other welded details. Zeus quotes this type of work around the complete drawing rather than treating the cylinder as an isolated rolling operation.
If the component connects to other equipment, show those interfaces and reference dimensions. Diameter alone is not enough to define a useful fabrication quote.
Stainless fabrication where specified
Stainless steel is Zeus’s main specialist fabrication material, supported by TIG welding and polishing and finishing. Where a cylindrical component is stainless, include the grade, thickness, weld requirements and surface finish on the enquiry where known. Important distinction: vessel shape is not a pressure-vessel claim
Some genuine Zeus photographs show components that are vessel-like in shape. That description is used to explain geometry only. If your requirement is pressure-rated, coded, hygienic, tested to a specified standard or subject to a particular inspection regime, state those requirements before quotation so Zeus can confirm whether the job is suitable. Where several fabricated sections form one assembly, send the complete assembly drawing so the relationships between parts can be understood at quotation stage.

Are the vessel-style photographs proof of pressure-vessel certification?
No. The photographs prove fabricated cylindrical and vessel-style forms only. Any pressure code, certification, inspection or testing requirement must be stated so Zeus can confirm suitability.
Can stainless cylindrical work include TIG welding and a polished finish?
Where suitable and specified, stainless fabrication can be considered together with TIG welding and brushed, satin or polished finishing.
