How to ask for the right fabrication service
If you already know you need TIG welding, laser cutting or CNC folding, use the individual service pages below. If you simply have a part that needs making, send the complete drawing instead. A fabrication often combines several processes, and quoting the finished job avoids forcing the requirement into one process too early.
For the clearest quotation include material, thickness, quantity, finish, delivery postcode and required date where known. Drawings are ideal, but a sketch, sample or photographs with dimensions can also start an enquiry.
Common fabrication requirements
Customers often need more than a single process. A laser-cut blank may need folding and welding. A welded assembly may need machined interfaces or a polished finish. A hopper or transition can combine formed sheet, welded seams and connection details. Sending the finished component or assembly drawing gives Zeus the best chance to quote the work as one complete requirement.
For one-off parts, include as much dimensional information as possible. For repeat work, include the expected quantity and whether the parts need to match an existing item.
